摘要：Sine Regge’s pioneer work in potential scattering, the analytic properties of the s-matrix element as a function of the angular momentum variable have received more and more attentions. Attem pts have been made by some to prove the Regge behaviour in the relativistic theory starting from the double dispersion relation, but the results obtained in this direction are not satisfactory.
